We are committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere. The following policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance for your spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. we understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 48 hour notice for group and package appointment cancellation/rescheduling and 24 hours notice for all other appointments.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not allowed in the spa. However if a child is brought in, then they must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times.
First time memberships fee is $15 and provides the member with a one year 10% off on all products and services, including in house promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Third party gift cards or coupons are NOT redeemable on package or discounted products or services.
ALL PACKAGES HAVE A ONE YEAR EXPIRY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
